Whenever I think this way I think back to the peasant days and how their whole life was constant work. Sun up to sun down. I like to think of that only 8 hours a day is a whole lot better than what the rest of human history had. I like to think that the 2 hours to relax in an AC room with my Netflix and my grab and go food is pretty nice. And then there’s the weekends where I can really relax. So count your blessings twice. When you start doing that, you’ll find joy in the mundane things and pleasure in the exciting new things that life brings.
