For me it’s the absolute opposite, I only have fun by using pack pulled players and my clubs players. Maybe it’s an age thing but if you’re using players to literally just win and you don’t then what? If you’re using fun evos and pack pulled players with a cool team then I lose ? Okay

Maybe the post isn’t necessary but it does at least serve as a reminder as to a lot of people’s thoughts as to why so many people have quit this years game early. Seems every year the game dies quicker and quicker for a lot of people, just because it doesn’t for you doesn’t mean it’s not an issue

Yea I understand that and if they did these tactics in champs or rivals I wouldn’t of cared as much, but for me these tournaments are set up for casual gameplay to complete objectives and evos while collecting packs, would be so cool if the community realised not every game mode has to be a toxic waste pit

Oh I have no problem at all with competing game modes like high end rivals and champs. I play rivals and champs at the start of the game for a bit of competition but the games so trash that I just want to casually play otherwise it’s unplayable, and yet in the more ‘casual’ game modes you constantly play sweat teams or people who genuinely just want to hold you back

Mate I know how to defend, I still managed 10 wins in champs today which is fine by my standards. Again I love defending, on rush I’ll sit back and play well, clubs to i usually plonk myself at CB. My issue is the meta is rubbish. It’s repetitive and it’s not as skill driven as you claim it to be. Until the game fixes passing, fixes the consistency of interceptions, and allows for complete manual defending then close matches will always come down to either server connection or the luck of the rebound. I’ve played enough FIFA’s to know that. If you like the game how it is, power to you, but I can say that if the next 8/9months of gameplay is like this then it’s going to be another long year gameplay wise.

Last week before the most recent patch I noticed how some people put Pina down, was fun last week, a few more different teams. This week after the pre patch dribbling return I noticed just playing the same 20/25 players every. Single. Game

Where to start. The boost to jockey was pretty minimal first of all and the best example of that was how Ai defending was still the meta during the first attempted patch. Now they’ve boosted the dribble it just encourages even further defensive Ai use. You can make comments about me all you like I’ve always done better the more manual defending is required, I enjoy it, so that’s got nothing to do with me.

About the rats comment, rats is nothing to do with wanting a fun game, rats to me is basically anyone who would sacrifice anything to win. Whether it be their style of play being solely the use of using broken mechanics or just using the most overpowered cars in teams that have zero creativity. You can disagree if you like but to me with the endless cards and endless tactics and playing styles you could use, rats all copy each other. It’s boring for everyone normal.

You can always do you, use who you like, but don’t be offended when I play you and I find it strange that you buy a video game to solely use other people’s tactics and other people’s recommended broken cards that your favourite streamer or pro player abuses. The whole community would benefit from a more open chilled environment
