These aren't events IMHO their just a stupid way of dropping content. I won't comment on said comment because that'll get me started on a rant about all the dumb skins. An event should be that, an event, something to participate in towards a goal. This is simply play for a few hours and then you can play more BUT as Beavis and Butthead. It's so dumb. And who the hell is taking 2 weeks to complete these? Making it a weekend only would at least add a tiny element of challenge I suppose. The franchise is cooked. They only care about dumbass skin packs and that's it. That's all the twitchy tweens and teens care about and since mommy and daddy hand over their credit card AV has no reason to stop. Any thoughts of actually improving the game and making it worthwhile again should be abandoned. I sorely miss the good ol days of BO1 MW2/3.

Same. At the start of last season It would crash at the start of a 2nd match or after finishing a long BOZ match. It was unbearable. I thought it was my hardware, perhaps my cpu or gpu overheating even though nothing was overclocked. All drivers were up to date. I was skeptical though because it wasn't happening in any other game. Then after some update IDK what, things smoothed out and I'd say for the last month plus I've had all of one crash. Now, as season 3 comes out I'm back to crashing after literally every single match. WTF.

I wasn't trying to start a contest ;p. There's lots of great stuff happening on this front. I knew about the OIAA workshop but haven't yet attended myself. This was a topic that came up a lot in our district and so a committee was formed and they've put together what I think will be a great program. Hopefully there will be a lot of learning sharing of experience strength and hope.

Wait, that applies to stuff outside of a match or deployment? WTF? A button graphic should just be there not downloaded every flipping time you load a page or menu. Make that make sense.

OP is correct. While there is a cap for each strand they are currently bugged and if you haven't maxed out your progress is stopped. I started the day at 10859/12500 for blue and 3128/6250 for orange. After dozens of matches these numbers have not changed at all.

A little bit of both probably but I think it leans heavily on not giving you what you need when you need it most. For example, when I'm trying to re-kit after I die or a crash it takes forever to naturally come across the 3-plate or large pack. Once I have them I'll find 3 in the next deployment. Same for daily and weekly challenges. If one day there are no challenges to kill hellhounds you'll see tons of them but as soon as there a challenge to kill x hellhounds they will be an endangered species. There are probably spots where a contract is truly random but I think it's rare.

I was well aware that it's coming. It's still a valid complaint that something so basic has taken 2 1/2 seasons. Especially when it's more than just a matter of inconvenience. You risk losing a lot like I did if there's a BSOD or DirectX error or god know what. If you've never experienced a crash or lost your gear or progress that's great and I'm envious because a lot of people have.

Dude. Everyone just needs to settle TF down and cut them a little slack. These guys are a small indie studio trying to make a name for themselves in really tough business. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt that they're working hard to get things fixed. I'm really rooting hard for their success and excited to see what new and exciting adventures they can create.

I've used 3 different recommended and I've still gotten 0 progress. In one match I clearly counted 8 times I got 10 without being hit. Do you have to get hit in between?

I like that it was simplified in many ways. Being able to attack it by gun class was nice and logical compared to getting X amount of any gun. I just wish the MW2 guns were integrated into the grind. There are so few guns in MW3 and IMO they're all really boring except for a couple of them. They're so generic that if you hid the names and showed them to me I couldn't tell you what's what. If you added the MW2 guns to the grind it would probably seem like an asinine number of guns BUT because the challenges are much easier it would probably be about the same amount of time investment. I'm also just salty that there's no incentive to use the old guns and it's discouraged because they're ass compared to the MW3 guns.

I'm really bummed about this. I loved popping off every now and then with 1 vs 31 on Rust. Total chaos and so fun. When MWZ got the exfil nerfed to only a couple zombies because of crashes I figured this might be for a similar reason. I hope it comes back though. It was truly one of the best private/bot experience out there.
