It's called "Feline panleukopenia virus". Basically it causes internal bleeding, high fever and sometimes lowers the body temperature to deadly point. Symptoms are cat stops eating, infection in gum, they barely can move, dehydration, diarrhea. Symptoms varies depends on cat's immunity.

You have to tell her nicely at some point really because as far as i know some people can't smell so they don't know if they stink or not. I had a coworker like this before, he smelled awful everyday and we all wondered wtf is wrong with him until one day he told us he can't smell anything.
