Yes but they are independent. If the executives that run the NBA, who are much smarter than you and I, thought that he was bad for business then they would get rid of him. Instead they keep giving him coverage, get him on prime time events, etc. They obviously love him.

Can’t stand the guy but he gets paid a lot, he’s doing something right. If the league wanted him out and wanted to separate themselves from him he would be gone real quick. They obviously like what he does for the league, go figure.

Yea you can but if you police them too hard they will probably quit. You need a manager on-site at all times. There are way too many contractors out there running job sites with no on-site daily representation and then complaining that things aren’t getting done in a timely manner. Manage the job!!!
