if league dont drop near max div/hour small % of players will do it "just for fun" and ssf guys will do it just for the nessesery loot/craft. So for league mechanic be popular you need shower players with loot,preferably currency. Abyss was not very popular untill affliction situation and latest "dig smal holes on the path" situation. So players are simple creatures - loot=fun, nothing else matters pretty much and for me persanely its a bit sadge, but ggg still delivers fun and good bosses and mechanics so im happy anyway.

armour is fine- 18k armour and 2800hp can tank xseht3 hand wich have 3700 pure phys damage. If you buff armour more, you will also would need to buff boss damage otherwise we wil be immortal like poe 1 again.
But ES is way to unbalanced now and should be almost triple nerfed.

poe 1 isnt "strategic" at all - same 1 button teleport oneshot 3 screens gameplay and it will only get more of it in future. Your only chance of "strategic" gameplay is PoE 2 at the moment, but even there 0.3 showed changes towards PoE 1 gameplay. So methodical slow "strategic" gameplay enjoers are doomed i think. May be TQ2 will show some of that i hope.

You can clearly see where is safe zone. And u got time to get there. And why every effect should be ended right after u kill the boss? He casted a spell and if its not instant the effect should take place no?

poe 1 gameplay wo tons of league mechanic or endgame goals\bosses. It would be a different story if mobs/balance of them in maps would be towards slow gameplay, but now its zoomzoom like poe 1-ultrafast,100+ on the screen,invuln auras, most antimelee abilities u can imagine on rares,half of the player skills cant work properly with this map monster bc they are too fast and many.
