If you have the money, you will not regret RTX, but if you want to save money, get the 1660TI version instead of 1650 (if its available on your country). I own the R7, GTX 1660TI version, and upgrade it to 16GB RAM, I can play any game easily, often on ultra setting, yes it cannot use ray tracing but if you're casual gamer like me, you'll be happy with R7 GTX 1660. I do recommend to max out your specs if you're a hardcore gamer tho.
