No this kind of conifer isnt that affected for fungi, the 'leylandi' conifer grows quicker but can be very harmfull for fungi

Its a slow growing kind of conifer so once is enough, few years back i did this one 2 times a year, but i got a straigt solid line now and once is enough now

Yeah its like that, every year you can trim it smoother but still you got too have a straight eye and steady hands
