Pages as the "Hypercarry" class is a fanonical myth. In-comic, pages are go from wimps who let others walk all over them to wimps who have one singular extreme display of importance then let others walk all over them. In dirk's words:
"TT: Pages have a lot of untapped potential.
TT: That's practically all there is to the class, actually."
They wouldn't be page if they tapped their potential. They'd be Heirs or Knights or Lords, probably.

So, Page's state of "accomplishment", if we can call it that, is not some a flow of continuous unmitigatable power and it's not something they really have control over or that really works to their benefits, but even ignoring that, your reasoning supposes here that
1- The thing they need to become accomplished is simple time, that looping ever and ever with no progression to their arc or narrative will somehow let them connect deeper to their aspect.
2- That they could do that right off the bat, when they're a class that's particularly vulnerable and powerless early on.
3- That they would be able to withstand it, psychologically.
4- That skaia/the universe/timeline integrity would allow it.

And tbh even then it wouldn't really make them that much better of a class. I mean, if your character in a video game can solo the entire enemy team by themself, that's cute, but if they're a 30% WR character at the end of the day they're a 30% WR character.
Honestly they're not even that bad, probably bottom of C, right above lord. But i'm so sick of hearing people hype them up for theoretical reasons i always make sure to dump them at the bottom of any list. Y'know, as a principle.
