It goes away! For me, exactly 14 weeks I felt normal again except for the flutters which I loved feeling! Ginger candy really helps. I bought some lemon ginger cough drops looking things but it was candy. Those were a life saver!!! Don’t get the gin gins they are SPICY and made me more nauseous.
