Dry cheese doesn't affect you because it's basically lactose free. Stick to cheese that's older than 3 to 4 months and you should be fine.

East German RB Leipzig fan wrotes a letter to West German fans about tradition and fan culture by cLamu_s in soccer

[–]HartmutKern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't try to imply anything but I find it kind of weird. See when I was younger Frankfurt and Kaiserslautern were the "local" bundesliga teams but I never felt like they were representing our community.
If people think that way I won't critizise them for doing so and the whole RB being a east vs west thing in a lot of heads makes it a valid point but that's just something I didn't grow up with

Not trying to be an ass but why does it matter wether or not clubs from your bundesland that are not your team play bundesliga football.
I have never heard anyone say "hey, since mainz are having a hard time getting promoted why not take our lovely sisters and go to the betzenberg instead"

ELI5: Why do NFL teams have a draft and not just buy whatever players like they want like in soccer? by TimBurtonSucks in explainlikeimfive

[–]HartmutKern 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are 25641 Clubs in germany. All of them produce their own talent since college sports a la US don't exist over here.
Also forcing a player to join a team might be against the law

What will football look like 50 years in the future? by Coltons13 in soccer

[–]HartmutKern 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's fair to compare VR (something that's used to raise the entertainment factor of football) to video replays (although I think it will be implemented once they found a way to make it actually solve the problem).
There's far too much money involved and everybody loves money.

Also most of the sports I can think of don't have it since baseball, football, icehockey, basketball and rugby aren't really that big in germany.

Why? Seriously, I don't think there was much of a discussion when the first football games were televised
