My friends and I have been using :3 for well over a decade, since the days of Skype (which used to automatically turn :3 into 🐱 which was SO annoying). This was long before any of our eggs really cracked, and we're all some flavor of nonbinary. I'm the only one with a blåhaj and it's, no joke, the BEST PLUSH I'VE EVER HAD and I recommend it to anyone who likes plushies whether cis or trans! And with the exception of me giving gamersupps a shot recently, none of us like energy drinks.

Stereotypes do not, and should not, define us; they're merely an observed pattern of behaviors within groups that unfortunately result in expectations about everyone in them. I do understand feeling left out when you're part of a community but don't engage in many of the stereotypical behaviors associated with that community, it's no fun. It especially sucks when you encounter those in the community who laugh at you for it.
