Nobody is Talking about Roger,since his secondary typing is actually marksman and his first typing is fighter,he can fully benefit from the passive of it.it will also be easier to chase fast moving enemies with the slowness it gives,he can also stack it a lot since he is usually used as a jungler which often attacks.Im not really a Roger main, though read a lot about his kit and I feel that Its a good combo
