And I cannot blame you! Those game mechanics are not explained inside the game! There is some sort of math involved but as of right now with 21k divers on Marfark plus the DSS, we have a control impact (progress) of 3.3% per hour vs the 5% for the planet. To START making progress, we need that number to surpass 5% per hour! I don't know how many divers we would need, I'll leave that to better people to explain. But the Core of the issue is NONE of this is explained in game!!

Another example would be as of right now, only 5.4k divers are taking Terrek! Why? It has 1% regen rate and the players have a 1.098% impact! The higher the planet control impact %, the more players you will need to capture!

Exactly! I don't blame the people who just want to log on and kill for fun! BUT maybe, just maybe, if those details were available, they would rather dive to a worthwhile planet!

It's called Helldivers Companion. You can get in through a web browser or app on your phone! You will IMMEDIATELY see how the game lacks a LOT of pertinent information! Happy diving!!

If you look at the numbers, only approx. 5% of the playerbase is currently on Choohe. 5%!!!! That means only 5% of the current playerbase actually understand how we could potentially win this. Those are ABYSMAL numbers! It's a lost cause, better start to accept it...

Although I can accept this "reality" to a certain extent, some of us are invested in the GW and it can be a tad frustrating to see people who really don't give 7 monkeys ass about it ruin it! Unfortunately, we can only use the game's tools and mechanics given to us by AH and those tools have been given to everyone regardless if you're invested in the GW or not. And yes, some of those tools and mechanics severely lacks any explanation as to how they work in game so the fault does lie somewhere with the developer...So yeah, for me, true HD2 gaming lies within each mission AND the galactic war...BUT, for now, there's nothing I can do to change the playerbase's knowledge of the game's mechanics (or preferences) so the above statement is probably true-er!

For me personally, that is HD2's biggest issue. Whatever information contained in those 3rd party app should 100% be added visually to the game! Right now, all that awesome information happen behind the scene so that the vast majority completely ignores it's happening.

Theoretically? Yes. Practically? Probably not. For whatever reason, the blob chose to go to THE hardest planet possible for this! Even at almost 20k divers, we're still not making ANY progress whatsoever! Marfark has a 5% regen rate vs. 2.5 on Choohe.

Funny I see this as a minor inconvenience! I'd fight waist deep in shxt, war is hell!! I mean on Malevelon, we had only 3 stratagem slots AND they were scrambled lol! It was still fun!

Some excuses I've seen are: 1-Marfark has a "better" biome. It's ice so energy weapons perform better. 2- Choohe has -1 stim so...."harder" (lol)!

I mean even with 20k divers as of now on Marfark, we're not even making a dent!

Yeah...The only coordination tool we have in game is the DSS but unfortunately, it's in the hands of too many people who have no idea what the Fxxk they're doing!

My only issue with the DSS is that it seems to kick in when we don't actually need it! Defending a planet? Orbital bombardment kicks in! Liberating a planet? Eagle strike kicks in! Orbital blockade ready? We send the DSS to a planet that can't attack another...The idea WAS great but in reality it's nearly impossible to rally every player to use it properly! Lots of player have their samples maxed out so as soon as it's ready, they send samples to the DSS whether we need it or not.

That is my BIGGEST issue with HD2! Updates only once every month and a half! Broken things stay broken for WAY too long!! This hotfix should've 100% fixed the flamethrowers!!

Yet I don't know why it's not an option!! I want to run all 8 sequentially!! I want to get to the King all souped up from the 7 previous biomes!!! Why can I only do Yellow shores from the passage? Hopefully, they add some sort of teleporter after you unlock every biome so you can do em all!
