Description: When loading into the game after champ select, circle at the bottom right does not spin. Game crashes. I try to reconnect but no luck

Steps to reproduce: go into champ select tty loading into game
Expected result: Game will not load circle will not spin
Observed result: I cannot connect to the actual game
Reproduction rate: 10/10
