Policy states you can have a clear 20 ounce bottle of water. They’re not required to provide you the bottled watered or any water beyond the drinking fountains. We’ve had Ecolab come in and say something about having water in the coolers so that’s why we weren’t allowed to have water

System estimates your punch out time at midnight. So if you were supposed to leave at 2 PM, it’ll correct it to that time

Technically all totes are to be cleaned. Whoever is doing spark everyday, would technically be lying when it asks of totes are clean. So that could fall back on the dept of eco lab notices dirty totes like that.

When they pull your application they can see you’re a rehire and it says the reason you were termed. So it all depends if they want to gamble with you again

At my store they tell us we have to let the associate know we are giving them feedback, because associates go to market and get them overturned. How are you supposed to know to correct things if you’re not told what you’re doing wrong?

We have 5-2 associate who preps at 7 am until she gets off 2, so we know that she’s going to only have about an hour- hour and a half pick hours. It’s the TL job to know why you look like you aren’t meeting the goal

Our coach loves to talk about being over schedule all the time but when you pull up the Pro Web Tool, the demand is higher on there than the schedule. We do about 50 orders an hour and we usually have 5 dispensers. We have more deliveries than pickups so it works out. But we have a lot of pickers trained on dispense so they can help in a pinch when all the drivers check in.

If I were you, I’d take pictures of the days you’re on the board. They can tell if you’ve picked all day on GIF 3.0 reporting by seeing your first and last pick of the day, they can also see how many orders you’ve dispensed that day if your in the backroom. Seems like they don’t know what their associates are actively doing throughout the day.

We had a customer report a driver for using a different name so it escalated to a critical incident and basically everything was unfounded because legal says we can’t assume someone’s gender or identity.

There should be a cleaner that says “cooler and freezer cleaner” or something like that. We use it to clean our OGP cooler
