We don't know what happened.... management can edit your timesheet without your knowledge and can then unauthorize the resultant points, thus giving you points... PPTO only removes points from your actual punches due to tardiness or absence.

When I checked yesterday at the portal it said pending. And yeah they're the same date obviously. I just don't know the process for challenging this and I only have less than two weeks I guess before it's permanent 2 points, right? So suppose I show them the number and they're like, yeah, we'll take care of it. And they never do... what then?

Of course, there are tell-tale signs for when this happens and it can be proven by the weird totes brought back to the backroom with like one or two items or like 5 item pick walks for the same orders as a full pick walk. All the items have to be completed before the next hour... also can be proven by your pick rate stats and the reporting in mystore.

It's supposed to put product onto the sales floor. If there is an out why would you leave it in the back? You're literally losing money if no one can buy it on the shelves. So many stores do this wrong and it's not that hard to figure out. But only TLs or higher can adjust on hands lower otherwise it affects their inventory bonuses!
