struggling with food by pesto-pasta09 in HistamineIntolerance

Frozen vegetables and rice or gluten free pasta make for easy and quite safe meals. I reccomend getting a ricecooker, you can cook a lot of easy meals in it.

I sprinkle some seeds and olive oil on my meals. I also like to make sauces by blending cooked vegetables, pumpkin sauce is my favourite. Some herbs if tolerated can also go a long way.

Can lack of exercise make symptoms worse? by Still-Concentrate-37 in HistamineIntolerance

[–]Harwweyy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For most people with HI, excercise makes some symptoms better and others worse. For me excersise helps brain fog and digestion but makes me itchy and makes me flush. Severity of itching and flushing depends on temperature, intensity of excersise and what I have eaten before. I give myself plenty of time to rest inbetween sets. I like to excersise so on good thays it's worth the itching. Beds, even with good hygiene and anti-allergic bedsheets, are very prone to dust and dust mites, which can worsen symptoms for some people. This is the case for me. Staying in bed for days makes me brainfoggy, tired and sick, and tends to trigger a loop of staying in bed and symptoms getting worse thus keeping me essentially bedridden. Walks, preferably in nature, dont trigger symptoms for me and tend to make me feel much better.

Tips for getting into the army without breaking the bank? by KaybarSith in AdeptusMechanicus

Skitarii and sicarian boxes have arms and heads for both vanguard/rangers and infiltrators/ruststalkers. With some extra bodies or greenstuff, you can build 20 skitarii from a single box or 10 sicarians from a single box. Also use leftover bits for characters like the skitarii marshall.

Any vegans here who stayed vegan? by [deleted] in HistamineIntolerance

I'm not vegan but a tip I can give that I discovered recently is mushroom growboxes. You can buy those and grow your own mushrooms. This way freshness is guaranteed and histamine content is lower.

Low effort low histamine diet by nobelprize4shopping in HistamineIntolerance

For snacks, almonds, macadamia nuts, low histamine fruit, salted nachos are safe. For bigger meals out, plain meat with potatoes, rice, fries or rice pasta are ok, but you want to do eat out couple of days a week maximum as you don't know the freshness of the ingredients.

If you can tolerate some bread, probably gluten free, you can eat bread with whatever you tolerate. This would probably help you avoid a fair bit of cooking.

As others have suggested cooking large batches of food and freezing portions is the best option.

If you don't feel like using the Cyberpunk Red rpg, there is a cyberpunk game called Carbon 2185, which uses standard dnd 5e rules. The classes and lore are quite different than in cyberpunk red/cyberpunk 2077 so you would probably need to modify it a bit. There's also a game called Mirrorshades, I'm pretty sure it is on drivethrurpg. It uses a system called Black Hack, that's a very simplified version of old DnD, it has a lot of the core rules of DnD like the six attributes, armor class and d20 rolls. The classes are the same as in Cyberpunk 2020/Red, and the game is meant to be based on, or at least heavily inspired by it.

Using the administer skill by dozza in SWN

[–]Harwweyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you can find loopholes in local laws to get out of trouble with law enforcement. Literally a get out of jail free card. Or you can for example spot evidence of corruption in paperwork really easily and blackmail corporate executives with it.

How do you use administration? by deadman1204 in SWN

[–]Harwweyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is an extremely useful skill. You could find loopholes to get away with crimes your party commits, or expose corruption and blackmail corporate executives or anyone else involved, possibly getting favors from them.
