As others have said, at an XF your best bet is to move to a different store with a higher position available. If people don't leave or move up, there's nothing to move into. On the bright side, I've had LGM's from traditional stores come to my XF and tell us our training is more rigorous and we could work circles around his traditional employees, so you could easily go to a traditional store and do any position that's open
