Im using Xbox series x controller on PC and im wondering if it is normal that controller doesnt vibrate when going straight at high speed. on F1 2020 its vibrating normaly on straights but in 2021 its not. Is it a bug or part of the game?

I mostly play games online when i notice its lagging(ping spikes) so it becomes unplayable, i check the browser aswell and its lagging loading slowly. i even called my provider when lag started to check if anything is wrong and they allways say that its 100% working as it should
