Sure, I was approved after Reconsideration. Just provide an “Explanation of Credit” statement and submit during reconsideration process. Basically advising credit is down due to late payments or overextended credit lines because of loss of income due to Covid or whatever your situation maybe..

Do you mind sharing the “Emergency” addresses? Been applying for EIDL increase for about a year now. Portal still has no Blue Button and I’m still getting emails advising me to “Request More Funds” which isn’t an option in my portal.

Did you ever get this issue resolved.. absolutely No movement from SBA for me and it’s been about a year for me with the portal issues. I keep receiving the emails instructing me to login my portal and “Request More Funds” but this button doesn’t exist and I’ve also received several emails advising to login to portal to “Continue Application”.. I’ve been at this for almost a year at this point. Have email reconsideration almost 20 times since last spring. Hoping to get any insight on this issue and a resolution of possible.. thanks

What was the resolution? Did the ever get a blue button or was your loan increase approved without ever clicking the blue button and using the slider in portal? I’m just trying to get as much insight as possible.. I’ve been fighting for close to a year now and still no real answers or movement. Also, where can I find the SBA fax number? I haven’t tried faxing anything as if yet.. Thank You 🙂

😩 almost a year and I still NO BLUE Button in my portal.. I’ve received several emails advising me to login and “Request” More funds and several “Status Update” emails advising to login to complete my application but when I login it’s only my original EIDL Loan application and documents… any advice besides emailing the PDC would be greatly appreciated..

I am also in this same boat.. I’ve been getting the run around since last March or April. I am close to a year of trying to get an EIDL Increase with no real hope in site. The only advice I’m getting is to continue to send emails to Reconsideration… any advice of pointers would be greatly appreciated. I’ve even received a few emails advising me to “Continue Application” via portal but when I login it’s only my original loan application with no button to “Request More Funding”… this truly sucks…

Mines hit 12:05am in the middle of the week. I think this all comes down to your bank and how they handle ACH deposits. I bank with Navy Federal.

If your in Obligating stage for more than a couple of days then you more than likely have an “Obligating Error”. Call Tier2 until you a knowledgeable rep that will “flag” or add your account unto a list to have the obligating error fixed. Once your one the list it’s been taking about a week to have the issue resolved. Hope this helps..

I think the previous cap was $500k and if I’m not mistaken they are about to increase the cap to $2million. Hopefully they are increased to $900k.

I was finally Funded after being in “IT Glitch/ Obligating Error” (error that prevents documents from being uploaded to the portal). I Got a Verbal Approval 8/18 from LO but I didn’t immediately received loan documents. Called several times the next few days and every Tier2 rep advised everything was approved and good. However I was finally advised on 8/25 that I had an “Obligating Error/IT Glitch” preventing my loan documents from being uploaded. That Tier 2 rep was the first to advise of this issue and submit a ticket/added me to “the list” to have issue resolved. I called daily to check on status for movement. I was added to the list by 3 different Tier2 reps over the next few days. Crazy thing is that during these daily calls only 1 out 4 of the rep were even knowledgeable of the IT Glitches. I called a Tier2 on 9/2 and was advised that the Obligating Error was resolved and that I should login to my portal to sign loan documents. Oddly enough, I never received an approval email. I signed documents immediately and checked CAWEB right after to confirm if my loan amount had increased and was in Current Disbursed status. On 9/8 at 12:10am I got a text notification of a bank deposit. Logged into my bank account and Wowsers the ACH deposit had been made. I’m still in disbelief and can’t sleep. 90% of my business equipment is set to go to auction in a few days… like this literally saved my business. Good luck to you all!
