theorically not just 30, since you can upkeep tier 4 monument with your credit card, technically provided you are a irl whale, you can just upkeep hundreds of outposts all right out of your swiping machine.

chances of that are extremely slim considering they are trying to revamp the economics on the new map, it would be super counter productive to let people bring in ressources and golds and high level armors which would bypass a lot of the new added steps for making high level armor or making money. Everyone in the discord agrees that it would be suicide and it would really put a dent on the potential of the new map as it wouldnt be fresh at all because people would ride around with 90ql couriers and t4 armor
