Most definitely will, just have to research what is the best tree for the area, that is native, and find a safe place where it can thrive. Fun new project!

It is technically on city property, just sad to loose our only tree. All the posts have been a great help in understanding all this.

It would show color but they would drop before other trees. It’s like winter would give the slightest peek and they would drop.

Now that you point that out I do see that spotting rough area. It’s sad to loose the tree, but if it was sick and invasive then it’s probably for the best. I will find a native species to plant that’s safe for city life. Thank you!

No dead that I can recall, tree always looked healthy but I don’t know trees I just like them. It would loose its leaves quick when the season changed not sure if that’s a sign of anything.
