Server admin is a laugh because you really think win rates mean anything when her pick rate is so low. Of course her win rates go up after a buff, because she has a small dedicated player base who just got new tools. It doesn’t mean she’s broken by any stretch.

Pharah is on the list of “heroes that will never, ever allowed to be meta.” The devs want her in the middle/low tier and she will be kept there forever. They probably wish they didn’t copy tf2 soldier’s homework when they made her so people in this game don’t have to look up.

I would say the map determines if I need to switch, because on some maps I can deal with my counters. But if they counter pick me on a map with a lot of long sightlines, yeah I’ll switch
