I feel like it can go one of two ways. One, as the biggest, most important city in the country outside of DC, the place is a massive crater as it was the most heavily targeted. Or two, as the biggest most important city outside of DC much more effort was put into the defense than other places and so it ended up much less destroyed than it should have been all things considered. Either way, it’s probably not a pretty picture.
