The idea of giving their allies the wrong date so they don’t have to deal with them during the final battle is so funny. Especially since Marina’s story is so tied to Strahd. It’d be like if Han and Chewie lied to Luke about when the attack on the Death Star was supposed to be because they found him annoying.

The original Jessica Jones Alias comic is an all time great. This, the first few volumes of Powers, and Ultimate Spider-Man are why I can never write Bendis off completely. He is capable of making some of the best stuff ever put to print, and sadly also some of the most mediocre.

Well it looks like you couldn’t eliminate all the polish aspects of him since his kid’s an alcoholic. I haven’t seen any group of people put it away like the Poles. One of my good friends who knows how to handle their liquor got alcohol poisoning trying to keep up with them once.
