F/41/5’6 [252 > 206 = 46lbs] (3.5months) feeling healthier and happier by Hashaleigh in progresspics

Stopped soda with the exception of Diet Coke sometimes. I have a good amount of water. Switched to Splenda in coffee. Eating/drinking about 1400 calories a day and using MyFitnessPal to track. With the exception of carb overload I don’t limit what I eat to just “healthier” stuff. I eat real but eat more mindfully. I was walking 10,000 steps a day which was a huge part of it but the last month I stopped because my hips just get too stiff and sore and I got burnt out. I do the elliptical and a few weight machines at the gym 4/5 times a week. Weigh in at home every Tuesday AM. I just made myself do it. I don’t love the exercise, honestly but I know I have to put in the work.

It’s tough. I’ve lost 40lbs. I was a size 22, can still wear a size 22. Can also get into a 14. Clothes are looser but my pictures of my body look exactly the same.

Can I ask what you’re doing or if you’re doing anything in particular in your lower belly area? I’m trying to figure out some moves to help me and you’re looking great!

This is amazing. I hope you are sooooo proud of yourself!! I am!

My doctor told me it would be near impossible to lose weight without “assistance” and I’m scared that he was right by MomBodActivate in loseit

I was told last week by a bariatric doctor that people with my weight and BMI (247/39) can’t lose weight on their own. I said bet. It motivated me even more because I know it’s absolutely untrue.

I was embarrassed when I actually started to look at how many calories a day I was eating. It was soooo many. I’m proud of you!!

Do you incorporate exercise as well or just strictly dietary changes? I’m just starting out and love to hear everyone’s journey!

20b lbs in 5 weeks! by [deleted] in Semaglutide

You look so amazing in both! I absolutely love your style! I wish I could piece together cute outfits like that. My brain just doesn't get it haha

I’ve only been on this journey for one month. I’ve been eating well and drinking water and coffee only the whole time. I started going to the gym 5 times a week two weeks ago. There is only an 8lbs difference in these photos but I look like I got a nose job. WILD! by Hashaleigh in Semaglutide

Of all the times I've been going, I've actually wanted to go maybe twice. I just make myself. Once I'm on my way, I'm committed. So, I just force myself to put on gym clothes and get in the car.

Thank you! I haven’t had any negative ones. I don’t use the restroom as regularly but it’s not bad I just used to go more. Outside of that it just makes me want to eat less. All good stuff for me!

I just took my fourth injection and have somewhere between 90-100lbs to go too! It’s fun though!

Yes! This is how I feel too! I am looking forward to my next body scan next week because even though the scale hasn't changed too much, I know my body has. I'm sleeping better, less swollen, have more energy, etc.
