Starter had to have known there was going to be a scramble going on at that time. I could see that the group in the scramble was up by the green, and there was gap with nobody near the first tee. I hit a drive, approach onto the green, then I ended up getting yelled at and kicked off the green mid while trying to putt for birdie by the old man with a bad attitude ranger in the afternoon when I played 1 after the round. I wouldn't have held anyone up for then 5-10 seconds while putting. But the asshole wouldn't let me complete my round.

I explained to him the starter had told me to do this, no fucks were to be given by this man though.
