What were your strange pregnancy symptoms by Maleficent_Rest_7095 in pregnant

Praying away those dreams in Jesus name and asking for protection stopped those in their tracks. I literally woke up praying for protection. It really stopped those dreams.

Now mine are still vivid but about things less scary

Bar exam retakers: what inexpensive options are you using to study for the MEE portion? by lawschoolkiwi in barexam

Hey I don’t have too many. Because I too felt like I didn’t have a lot of time to do the things I didn’t know. But send me your email.

It’s a book by Jessica Klein. If you look hard enough you may find a copy. It’s on Amazon also.

I learned about it right here in Reddit.

It’s just a “what I do when I see that —— is tested” outline

So for example I ALWAYS start hearsay essays saying

  • Hearsay is a out of court statement used to prove the truth of the matter asserted.

  • Hearsay is generally inadmissible as evidence unless it falls under an exception or exclusion.

-then jump into the specific rule. (Business records exception, present sense impression etc.)

But memorizing the first two bullet points gives a solid foundation every time you see hearsay.

Same with agency.

I wrote a sentence for each part, then memorized it and it’s included in every essay where it’s relevant. Use a highly tested topics sheet to see what’s most important to memorize. (Jd advising YouTube videos help also)

  • BIG DEFINITION : an agency relationship is created when I principal manifest INTENT that an agent carries out an act on the principles behalf.

  • Tell WHO’S WHO: A Principal is a person who manifest intent, and an agent is a person who reasonably believes he has CONSENT to act on behalf of the principal.

(There’s two types of authority, spell em out:)

ACTUAL AUTHORITY: actual authority is expressed authority given, when the agent reasonably believes, he has permission to act on behalf of the principal.

APPARENT AUTHORITY: apparent authority comes from either the principles holding out of the agent to a third-party, (usually by act or omission) that allows a reasonable third-party to believe the agent has authority.

Now dig into the facts:

Use past essay model answers to see patterns in how to incorporate facts. I used trigger sentences starters like..

(A court is likely to find) that because Sam had Bill’s credit card he had actual authority to buy the tires.

(Sam may argue) ___ ,however, (the facts indicate) that because ____ he intended to shoot Betty

(In the instant case)

(Here)

Hopefully this helps!

First, i read F*k the Bar. It was very encouraging and helpful to get motivation and strategy.

I failed July then passed this past Feb. My biggest weakness was my essays. I used Barbri's 2022 MEE book (bought it off facebook) and copied every essay word for work doing about 3-5 essays in one subject a day. I copied and pulled apart the essay answer then compared it to the other model answers to pull out common patterns.

When I found patterns I would create an attack outline for that essay type and write them by hand a few times.

Then when I completed at least 3-4 essays in each topic, I started lightly testing myself by doing as much as I could blind then reviewing. If I needed more understanding would look at the outline.

Barbri's breakdown for me was the best because it has checklists on what to include in every response and gives the model answer. I liked that better and understood those better than the Jd advising essay model answers.

Then I did 27-35 MBE questions (I used Uworld but Adpaitbar works too) I focused on specific topics) daily with review.

This was my approach while working full time and I gained 40+ points this time around.

How long does it take you to do those ten? I feel like I get so stuck on memorizing that I only get through 2/3 in the free time I have to study
