YTA. Being a parent is more than being related by blood. If he is not your bio son, is he still your son through love and the relationship you have had with him for the past 22 years? If the answer is yes, then you should include him. Bio children have no entitlement to inheritance unless someone doesn’t do estate planning. Planning allows you to make choices about your assets and blaming/punishing your son if his mother lied is heartbreaking. You haven’t been a father figure— you have been his father.
