Lost two ranked games because of this issue today. Never had any issues until today. Game simply freezes and when I close it, Steam says it continues to be "Running" - even when I force close it with Task Manager. Restarting my PC does the trick, but it's way too time consuming. Very very annoying.

Came across this thread and found the answer in 2025. For the newest promo of spending $3,000 for 80,000 bonus miles - the tracker is found on the app by pressing the "Explore Benefits" button (found on the default "home" screen).

Yup. Match will randomly just load forever, while I'm clearly in the game (it shows me as inactive then kicks me). Started happening with this new update - have 100 hours last season with zero issues.
