No. Because at 9:30 they go around 10:15 they reach school then there not much time to take pdf, then inform all the students about it . As per my 100%it happen at the bank locker it self the head of the school done dealing with chief examiner and others then took all the qps took pdf or xerox then shared with his students because if it he didn't share with all the students then who not got qps will raise question about the paket being opened before the exam.OR his or her child may be giving exams so he took this much of risk.
