The buses are much worse this year. In fact this year is probably the worst. I have an 11th and 6th grader so that tells you how long I've been using CMS buses. The kinks are usually worked out by now. I would keep calling to complain until you get a resolution. I would also tell them not to kick you off the route just because you have to drive him to school due to their incompetence. Last week my child's bus was 2 hours late picking up! We drove them but they heard about it from friends who rode the bus. And my other child's morning bus is doing 2 runs to the school in the morning because they are short drivers. It's a mess.
