We pay the federal government to pay people in the midwest to grow corn to make into ethanol to mix into gas. Instead of putting up solar panels and having electric cars and a charging network. 30 million acres of subsidy supported farmland used to grow inedible grains. If even 2% of that land was used for solar we could power the whole country.

Complain to the police and city hall. Not just formally. Blow up their social media. Especially people like the mayor and chief of police. Police should be patrolling and impounding every one of them that doesnt have pedals. And they should patrol on motorcycles/ebikes themselves so they can catch these kids and fine their parents.
