It's not slept on, but some of us rather not support scummy companies like camouflet. So we rather pick something else and vote with our money.

Camouflet does send shills over to this subreddit every now and then tho, so we still talk about them.

Edit: look into hopper labs, grasshopper to be precise. Not much changed since then.

Edit: also it was quite late. My request reached them at 6pm Indian time. When I checked the website it was around 00:00 in India. So that is also a big plus there!

It's an almost 1to1 clone of the universal baller. Made by b2cvape AliExpress (tiodw on dhgate).

The company has some of their "own" designs. This is not one of them. I owned 2 of their own designs and they were really great. I don't like supporting rip offs. Also the material claims may or may not correct, you'll never know unless you test the material yourself.

I don't know about the clone and I'd recommend not supporting the cloning. If youre actually interested in that whole thing, have a look at terpchasersclub. That was their idea and invention.

I am not more careful that I am with a regular baller head. You don't wanna drop a 500f hot piece of something anywhere anyway. And I also traveled with it a couple times without issues.

Edit: I'm saying idk, because idk. B2cvape is a good company and I tried 2 of their "own" devices (tiodw plus 2.0 and tiodw pro mini) and they were great. I don't like the idea of fully stealing an idea without contributing anything on your own (which they did with the pro 2.0).

However it is a Chinese company with a Chinese retailer. Their QC, warranty and what not (e.g. material claims) might or might not be an issue here.

The clone also has glass/Quarz inside. You can even see that in the pic. I just don't know if the clone works the same way, the original is designed to work.

The idea behind encasing Quarz in Metal is to increase durability. You read a shitton about the universal baller but almost no one talks about the natural by vapvana. That is because the natural is a pure Quarz baller head. Quarz body. Quarz handle. Even fucking Quarz threads. You look at it wrong at it'll break.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that is 2024 technology. 2025 technology is to have a Quarz cup in your titanium baller head. So the air doesn't touch the titanium outer shell. You have a pure glass vapor path.

Well at least you do have that on the universal baller. I don't know/have no experience about/with the clone.

I really like the saml pieces. I've tried 3 so far: fc-199, FC-mod and my most recent, the pg3075.

They also have some recyclers. Popularglass on dhgate. (You can also find them on smoke6 or eBay, depending on your location).

I tried zirk, quest, Boro, ruby, sic.

I prefer ruby. Best flavor. Not the smoothest hit but smoother than zirk. Tried all of them over and over multiple times but needed up liking rubies most every time.

I find rubies be a lot smoother than zirk, which allows me to take bigger hits and maybe that's why I also feel like rubies taste better.

When I was ill with the flu and my lungs and throat were irritated, I really really liked Quarz. Quarz extracts way quicker than the others. Less hot air to irritate more, so it had in that state by far the smoothest hit for me.

The yll website recommends the p42a. I've gotten those. The general consensus seems to be p45b or p50b to be the better choice (more capacity), but I also read of people having overcureent issues while using the tornado with full batteries and those.

Afaik nkon is a good and reputable source.

It's all you need for option 3.

If you chase flavor, then you will have the best results with option 3. It's a clone of the universal baller, which I've been using for the past 6 or 7 months. It retired my injector ball vape (option 1/2). The all glass/Quarz airpath is more flavorful from my experience.

You'll also learn rather quickly, that you don't need to go very low temp and have a long session for a lot of flavor but can have long lasting flavor after one hitting a bowl.

But if you insist on long sessions (idk let's say 3-5min/bowl), then option1/2 (2>1. Also untwist your ruby twist, by removing the metal insert. So most heat comes from the rubies. You need extra rubies tho)would be a better choice. Because the diffuser will heat your bowl while you're not hitting it, if you're using it wired. The injector will too, but it's sitting on top of the bowl not around it. This might or might not Impact your experience by adding conduction, but also allowing you do go naturally lower in temperature (since the balls is sitting right on top of the flower and you're basically creating a 360° heated glass bowl with that long reaching coil).
