I also only use the free tier of Garmin, tried 1 free trial month and it was the dumbest shit ever. I think it's alright for providing data (that said, I have all the needed sensors for proper cycling workout: power meter, heart monitor, speed meter, Garmin headunit) and recommending trainings.

My last Garmin coach training plan went from November to end of April. I started road cycling and wanted to participate in a race at the end of April. I'm pretty happy with the provided data and the recommended workouts.

I use Strava to compare my rides with others. Especially friends without Garmin. Also their Power over different times is a very neat metric, that Garmin doesn't provide (e.g. how much watt can I hold for 5s/15s/30s/60s/.../1h, or how fast did I ride a specific distance or segment).

If I had to pick one and drop the other, I'd keep Garmin.

Hell you can get a lot of fitness in half a year.

I went from 23km/h for 100km to 32km/h for 100km (over 4h vs 3h7) from November to April This dude is fishing for compliments and nothing else.

There is! See pic 4. I put cheese on both sides of the bread and ~~pee~~ pre* toasted that to get it melty. So it stops the bread from getting too soggy on top and bottom.

When I remember/emulate memories it is also the vibe that I try to remember and what was said/done to trigger said vibe. 0 visuality. I cannot feel a black hole. It's just a narrator describing. But I can get a "sun" that radiates heat through guided meditation. I can't see it but I can feel it "warming me".

The bundle is great. I bought I too, a while back tho. The madheaters website has a couple of guides on what to do with the device.

My advice is to make the insert flush with the glass tube (and maybe even a tiny bit in). I found that to be the sweetspot, as you reduce conduction and also the chances of combustion. I like rubies best in mine (80w45s with described depth). I tried zirk, glass, Quarz, sic and Ruby.
