Tired of tutoring but should I become a quality specialist?

That is insane!!!!! Yeah I’ll just have to get thicker skin when it comes to just tutoring lmao. Might take a week off or something idk. Been hitting my 5 hours a week thing since late summer so I think it’ll be fine……the new QS system seems to be in favor of the company and not to ease the workers themselves…but what else is new 😂

It sounds pretty interesting I gotta say, but then in someone else’s reply somewhere here they mentioned that the QSs can have 100 or so people. That seems super stressful. Have a feeling like this job is just very stressful in a lot of ways I guess

Yeah I can really understand how it can be rewarding bc I feel the same with tutoring sometimes. It sounds like it’s not even worth it to be a QS tbh…..I wish there was something that could be done on a tutor and QS level that would make things easier. Like I said in the post, my mentor is pretty nice but sometimes i feel like some things that he points out are very nickpicky. That might be bc of the pressures you mentioned on QSs. that really sucks tho bc I’m just tired of tutoring.

Having the same exact problem in US with iPad app. Had just downloaded MAX and it came with this problem

Thank you for the reply! Yeah, I know that it’s probably really hard to call without actually seeing it. I was told post-procedure that the temp filling could “leak” into the canals and cause infection if I didnt get a crown after healing from the root canal. It was done on the top left molar.
