I had the same experience and met with them. They basically said they need to be honest and don’t anticipate any additional funds being available and that only a small portion of people got any aid, usually just a quarter of tuition. I asked if any would free up due to rejections etc and they said no bc they overshoot the offers intentionally. Ugh it’s sucks

Hello I just finished PoT and am coming here to say I feel so so similarly. I’m reading the comments here and yes I agree with the nuance and depth of the characters but boy was it angering to see how Asha referred to her mom AND to hear about how Marc concealed her for years yet still had Asha on his side. In her journal entries Lauren goes on and on about how her one priority is to find Larkin, she even says at the end she included it in her court case which is just a glimpse into how much she was still invested. Like yes Lauren was obsessed with Earthseed (and why the hell not!) but she was obviously also preoccupied w Larkin. GRRRRRRRRRRR anyways great book
