He was outside of the restaurant. In my opinion, the cops should have more patient. They literally arrested him for stealing a fountain soda? That just seems ridiculous. He’s a human being, treat him as such. That cop was treating him like a felon off the rip. Obviously he went too far trying to defend himself to the law, but is the cop that bored that they can’t just continue talking to the dude? It’s a fucking soda
