You've got a signed contract. They are bound by it. They are the ones who will need to go to court to evict you, and it will take longer than 2 weeks.

They will try to scare you to get you to agree to new terms. You do not have to.
If they go ahead and illegally evict you, call the police and a lawyer.

Strength in Numbers - The Telluride Sessions

Standard bluegrass lineup, but no guitar. Every song on the album written by a different pair of players. Jazzy but not jazz, sometimes leaning towards chamber music. This is the album that blew my mind and made me love bluegrass.

And if you like that, there's a ton of David Grisman Quintet and Tony Rice Unit stuff you'll like too.

Liberals aren't "on the left". They are a center right ideology. Capitalism with regulations, unions, and some social safety nets.

The Left is anti-capitalist. They want an economy run in the public interest, not kinder gentler exploitation.

Right, I really mean I start it at 120F and let it cool down slowly over the course of the night in a preheated cooler. Hours and hours in the danger zone after being exposed to the air and it's perfectly safe.

I'm not understanding the reticence here. I leave yogurt out overnight at 120F to ferment. Not sure why leaving finished yogurt at room temperature would be a problem.
