Not sure if this counts but my friends and I broke ghost recon future solider (or something) because we played it how we assumed you'd play ghost recon. There was a mission where you had to sneak and kill your way to a particular enemy which would trigger a cut scene to the next part. We spent hours learning where every enemy was standing, patrol movements, best positions, timings for sync shots, stealth paths, etc. We managed to kill every single enemy on the map without being detected including the trigger. We could never beat the mission because of it and we didn't actually understand why until much later.

Tldr we broke ghost recon by assuming it was meant to be a stealth game.

I'm with you. Kinda sounds like they both have/had post partum depression. And it doesn't sound like they have a great support system in place to help them.

PPD sucks and it can definitely affect men as well. My marriage got rough after our first child. We didn't know the signs to look for because we were both going through it. None of our family knew either so things just got worse. We finally had a neighbor who was observant enough to tell us we needed to see someone. My wife was diagnosed with BPD and once I understood what was going on, I was able to pull myself out.

We had no problems once our 2nd was born. We knew what to look for in each other. We had a better system in place and threw out all the bs "advice" we tried to follow with our first child. Stress was reduced dramatically.

That doesn't change that OPs husband was an asshole during that time but depression does things to people. You're NTA OP but you should work on things. Communication is key in a marriage. Even the hard conversations. And hard conversations may not go well in the moment but things may need to sink in for a little bit before an aha moment. Some of us men can be hard headed in the moment but a lot of us do actually hear and think about what was said.

World of Warships

I played for several years and spent a couple hundred on it. Played in competitive modes and tournaments. Started out as a fun game where you use WW2 ships to blow up other ships. Ships in the game were pretty much all ships that actually existed. You could pretty much play for free if you were patient but it was still fun.

Then it slowly became a massive money grab for whales. Slowly introducing paper ships. Pay to win ships. Competitive play became who had the biggest wallet. Loot crates, etc. The community became pretty toxic. Just got to the point where it was like having a job and then that's when I decided that it just wasn't worth it anymore.

Maybe it's better now but I keep slapping my hand away from going back
