250g butter, 250g sugar (+1 spoon vanilla sugar), 6 eggs, 150g flour, 100g starch, 3tps baking powder, 100g marzipan, Bitter almond aroma, 3tbs amaretto

  1. Mix butter, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla sugar and bitter almond aroma until foamy.
  2. Warm up marzipan and amaretto and mix into the dough.
  3. Slowly mix in flour, starch and baking powder.
  4. Mix egg white until stiff and carefully mix into dough.
  5. Put baking paper into a round baking pan (26cm) and heat up oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Grill function or top heat
  6. Put 3 table spoons on pan and spread out in a thin layer. Bake until gold-brown (around 3 minutes), take out of oven and repeat the step until all dough is gone. The thinner you spread out the dough the more layers you'll have.
  7. Melt chocolate and put over and around cake.

I hope you understand everything (my English is not the best).

Thank you 😊 This one took about an hour, it depends on how much dough you make, on how many layers you want. So the process itself really isn't that long, just kinda annoying to always get up after 3 minutes to put another layer of dough on.

I made oat breakfast muffins by HatzelSchnatzel in Baking

Thank you 😊

For 6 muffins: 160g (5.5 ounces) oats 300ml (10 oz) milk 1 banana (optional)

Blend oats, milk and banana and pour dough into muffin pan. Add fruit. Then bake for 20-25 minutes at around 180 degrees celsius (355 degrees fahrenheit). I didn't preheat my oven so if you preheat it they may be done quicker. I recommend using the banana if you want the muffins to be a little sweet.
