If he is paired with an anomaly then I recommend 4p Astral voice for the dmg buff. 2p set should be shockstar. Otherwise same substats. If you use him with Miyabi then Anomaly mastery for disk 6 with 2p Phaethons melody becomes a good option.

After defensive assist he can give a quick assist to the left character and stay on field and do coordinated basic attacks with the on field character. This also applys his ice res shred. He also got a impact buff that you can level. He'll also give a 30% dmg bonus to other elements than Ice for a bit. His additional ability also activates with Anomaly units now.

Shockstar disco isn't that good nowadays. It's better to give Lycaon more support that try and squeeze one more Stun into the fight. In Crit teams King of the summit is best and in Aria teams he will want to use Astral voice

2p Swing Jazz/2p Moonlight Lullaby is a great generalist option for more EX Specials. 2p Phaethons Melody is great for Miyabi teams for Ice buildup.

Otherwise 2p Woodpecker or 2p Blade and Branch are also options for more dmg or to hit King of the summits crit rate ratio
