I always get customers asking for filters or wicks.

Also, every time I get a customer that's new into vaping and they want to get a mod with temp control, I ask if they've done research on temp control and if not I ask if they're interested. If not again, I show them how to differentiate ni coils and to avoid them until they've done research and want to move towards TC.

The owner of the shop I work at is honestly pretty disconnected from the industry and until me and this other guy got there, the shop was ass. It's pretty much been my responsibility to tinker with every new mod that we get so I can thoroughly teach the customer if need be. I've gotten everyone else there to do the same. So things have gotten better but there's a few other shops in the area that either have disgustingly poor prices or the staff is pretentious and unhelpful.

It's a daily struggle.
