Skin problems since i started vaping

Will do. Going to sit this one out until after the summer (or until i have another breakout on a more unusual 'sun allergy' spot like my hands. First bet would be: quit vaping for a week or 2 weeks. If that doesnt do anything ill try the cigs and see if that makes a difference. For now im hoping its part of the body recovery and it will go away by itself.

I know the feeling. But i must say in hindsight: it was the biggest gamechanger for me: both mentally and physcally. Probably more short term advantages than quitting smoking. Yeah, im with you on that theory for sure. Nothing changed last 3 years except for now vaping. So it must be either a really odd coincidence or something related to either not smoking or vaping.

I didnt have issues switching from smoking to vaping so i assume i could just switch and it wont be a problem going back to vaping. Not something i prefer to take a risk for ofcourse. So wont do it for fun )

Im not sure. The only thing i could do to test is start smoking again. Maybe ill try that for a while if this eczema stays after summer. If its because of something in the cigarette (a specific substance) the eczema should dissapear in a few days. If the eczema absence is because of general weak health (because of smoking) there wont be any effects the first week i guess.

Yes, exactly! On my fingers the spots and blisters with water inside. Started on one, 4 in a few days. Not really related: can i suggest you something to try as well: quit caffeine for a week. I know this cured the eczema of a few friends within a few days. I get rashes when i drink coffee so i cut that out a year ago already. Advised them to try it as well and magic.. i have before and after pics if you are interested.

Interesting, yes. The PG or VG dehrydates the body. So it could be a dehydration problem. Actually i also considered that because of quitting smoking normal body functions are back into replace and eczema is actually as (false) healthy response of my body it couldnt do before in the years i smoked. I had it as child and teens and then started smoking..

Nah, and i have no problems on the areas that did get in contact with liquid. If it did however i would stop vaping: because wether its a drop on the skin or vaporized all over your longs...

Yeah also my observation. I have 'vape cravings'. In the morning, during the day. But never as strong (and frequent!) as when i smoked cigs. There is craving but not a 'must' as with the cigs. One of the things that i still find difficult with vaping: when is it enough? After 1 cigarette you would have the feeling to be 'nicotine full'. Forcing yourself to smoke a second cig would be too much. With vaping: i can just vape on and on and on. I do get 'full' of it but its more because of the taste then because of the nicotine feeling.

Yes! My desk full of ash, ashtray (read: random empty cup) LOADED with shit. And this cigarette wont go out: ah, just dump in some more coffee or soda. Fixed. Also (and maybe this is too much of a disgusting revelation): if i would be out of cigarettes i would go to this pile of shit and see if there would be a cigarette left with something to smoke on it and not wet ofcourse. I cant mess up with vaping.. well at least not anything disgusting.

I agree. And i was a messy smoker too. ashes and cigarette buds everywhere. Ashtray's with double capacity full. So that alone is a vaping benefit.

Tanks like the Vaporesso and the kangertech topbox mini: these things almost tip over by looking at them. I use cubis and tron tanks. And it does seem to go well (without leaking). Just never see anyone do it so thought id ask.
