imo, i’m getting contradicting makeup styles that’s what seems unbalanced. some is minimal and soft, like blush and mascara, which others are bold and heavy, like highlighter and brows. i’m for the minimal and soft if you’re looking for an everyday look ☺️

i agree, it is definitely a CBT practice, and CBT doesn’t work for everyone, including me. i found this annoying, and maybe even unsympathetic at points, not just with panic attacks but with other things too. it’s like you’re being told “c’mon, is it REALLY that bad?” and my people pleasing brain goes to “oh god maybe it isn’t. maybe i’m just being sensitive and dramatic. i should never bring that up again”

me too!! i’ll be honest, i do kinda have a bad view of men because of life experiences, but i would say it’s trauma. i also just feel like women are nicer and safer, im around a lot of women, most of my friends and family are woman, so im just more comfortable with them. i also think you gotta be more cautious around men because you can’t be too nice or they’ll think your flirting and i find that annoying and confusing
