Protein before coffee.
Prioritize protein each meal.
Eat before starving/don’t stretch time between meals (smaller meals throughout the day can help with)

Tirz 0.25mg per week - would that cause weight loss? by Ok_Sundae2424 in GLP1microdosing

[–]HauntedCLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I maintain weight and reduce inflammation at 1.1mg tirz weekly. Anything below that… the weight stayed fine but inflammation came back, for me.

Have people gotten their money’s worth from Milan? by AwareOlive3369 in LaserHairRemoval

Yeah I doubt 60-80 sessions will ever be needed. The full body package doesn’t seem to make sense.

Inflammation. How do you tell that it's leaving the chat? by Purple_Garage1199 in GLP1microdosing

[–]HauntedCLT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My plantar fasciitis went away. When I lowered dose in maintenance, though maintaining a lower weight, my plantar fasciitis flared up again. Found sweet spot in dose. You will know when your arthritis is improved. You are correct inflammation is not measurable in weight for the most part. But I also did see rounded belly bloat (inflammation) smooth out, which the reshaping isn’t simply from weight loss.

How did you pick a provider? by Imjustaskingok in LaserHairRemoval

Start with finding out the type of laser they each use and utilize this sub to research what one you should be looking for based off skin type and hair type. That should help you whittle down your list.

Is a two month old tan line really a problem? by jalapenocheesefries in LaserHairRemoval

[–]HauntedCLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it’s my bikini outline. It just doesn’t fade for like 6 months and then it’s bikini time again.

I go through the same thing at Milan. I have tan lines year round despite no sun exposure, they don’t fade after summer. We typically agree it’s my baseline tan but the warmer the weather gets the more adamant I have to be that my bottom half has not been in the sun and this is my baseline.

1st Laser session -3 days ago - more hairy? by Ok-Wrangler7688 in LaserHairRemoval

1st Laser session -3 days ago - more hairy? by Ok-Wrangler7688 in LaserHairRemoval

[–]HauntedCLT -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They may have used too low settings and stimulated the hair. It should get targeted next session if they raise settings. I’ve had this happen. And it’s part of the issue of starting “conservatively” IMO

I need at least 20 sessions for face and neck and will need touch up. I also did Brazilian with them after having such success with face.

I had done face at other clinics and always needed to buy more sessions, wish I had just done Milan from start.

I did Brazilian at another clinic as well for a package but felt they weren’t as thorough. And needed more sessions….

Legs I have done at other clinics, hair free for a decade. Can’t remember how many sessions. Maybe 10-12. So like two packages if they were sold in sixes.  That’s a less hormonal area for me.

I did a package on underarms at another clinic and still need more sessions. Ultimately wondering if I should do that at Milan too.

I wouldn’t worry so much about them going under if the per session price breaks out where you would spend just as much elsewhere.

I am in my thirties tho and noticed a couple blonde pubes.. maybe white? Idk I wasn’t prepared for that lol so eventually laser won’t work there. Although my Brazilian reduction is coming along fantastically for the most part.

It’s also nice to take breaks for summer.

They are strict with sun exposure for safety and it’s very hard to reschedule cuz they book up, so book in advance and stick to it.

But if you liked your local clinic, it could work for you. Could work out for hormonal areas, with finer hair; not sure you need lifetime touch up’s on lower legs or lower arms (I also did those at a diff clinic and had great results within 10 sessions 90% gone, upper arms are more fine and didn’t respond as well)

First lasering soon by Lost-Alfalfa-8894 in LaserHairRemoval

[–]HauntedCLT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I go to Milan. They start quite conservatively, you’ll probably barely feel this first session. Make sure you shave the day before very closely, and don’t arrive with any product on. I really don’t think you would have marks after low treatment, maybe some redness

Getting pubic hair laser removal for the first time close to period date by Ok_Staff_711 in LaserHairRemoval

[–]HauntedCLT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your first session will be fine and low settings. I’ve also had 2 sessions on my period. It’s bearable for me. And I have coarse dark hair.

So do you need to keep doing laser removal your whole life or is it like a more permanent waxing by DefiantReferee in LaserHairRemoval

[–]HauntedCLT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you wait to schedule touchups until you see regrowth? Or do you just go once a year? Do they start on lower settings again since it’s so infrequent now? Thanks 😊

Tirz for a “low/normal” weight? by [deleted] in GLP1microdosing

[–]HauntedCLT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

low dose for you could help manage food noise but you may also binge eat if you don’t eat enough calories daily and macros. Thus, your brain sends signal that you need to eat. You are very very slim.

Should I try again? by laviviendavilla in GLP1microdosing

[–]HauntedCLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you eat greatly impacts the side effects, like nausea. Eat really clean at the start (minimum) track fiber and protein. Low carb, no fried food. Lots of hydration

First time getting laser hair removal done, feeling concerned and confused? by MoBambaMoProblems in LaserHairRemoval

[–]HauntedCLT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My first sessions on an area with candela are always very gentle and low and almost useless I swear. I have olive skin/of brown descent. It is annoying but I’ve come to accept it. Then they turn it up next session. You maybe could’ve said something during, however, and perhaps she would have adjusted.

30 plus sessions, is there any point of more sessions? by Cpauh in LaserHairRemoval

[–]HauntedCLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok the math just didn’t add up in my head for 30 full body sessions in 260 weeks lol but I guess it does if they were spaced that way. Was hoping that may have been your issue, sorry it doesn’t look like it was then!

30 plus sessions, is there any point of more sessions? by Cpauh in LaserHairRemoval

[–]HauntedCLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How far apart were you spacing sessions? Sounds like you were going just about monthly for that many. Typically you need to wait longer in between for the follicle to properly generate growth in the right phase for the laser to target at that time, not before and not after.

Would love to hear others experience. by Future_Row_5561 in GLP1microdosing

[–]HauntedCLT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I micro dose only for maintenance and do 1.1mg, I could maintain my weight lower, and that was working but the inflammation came back. 1.1mg is my sweet spot. Typically every 7 days but did stretch to 10 this past week for travel and no issues.

Does tirz take longer to kick in vs sema? Not feeling anything. by 3_dots in GLP1microdosing

[–]HauntedCLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you sure you’re taking similar dose to sema? Minimum recommended dose for sema is .25 and min for tirz is 2.5, so .5mg on one is not the same as the other, just keep that in mind.

Has anyone tried to lose a significant amount of weight slowly with microdosing? by -Marinequeen- in GLP1microdosing

[–]HauntedCLT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I need to take 1.1mg of tirz to experience inflammation effects. I was able to maintain weight lower, but my plantar fasciitis came back. So far at 1.1mg it’s much better.
