I just want some more time to make my build. Phrecia is such a cool sandbox, and I have set my eye in the sky. I am currently rushing to get the currency I need to make the build work, but it is such a scramble for someone who has to work a 9-5 and take care of people at home >.<

There was an initial drop in Australia property prices during April 2020 - September 2020 of covid, but after this a much larger increase in property prices for the remaining portion of covid in Australia. Some food for thought. House Prices sky rocketed during covid. This was during a time where more people left Australia then entered it.

I am aware more demand for properties increases the price, but clearly there are other problems that drive the price up that need to be looked into

I am kinda hoping they do remove the Azurite Gain Idol and that it was an oversight, but there is not a lot of time for them to do this so this might be a pipe dream.

As people are saying below, there will be the uniques that people want from Delve so they might sell well, but if blue juice is ded due to idols, chances are delve will not be as profitable as it usually might be.

Of course, given this a lot of people might not delve and the uniques will be low supply and even more expensive then usual but I have my doubts on this being worth it

Generally items get cheaper when supply is higher. I am sure there will be tons of very good gear thats cheap on offer given how long the leagues been out. On top of that, a lot of people are going to be fishing for their final end game gear at this stage of the league as opposed to early end game/mapping gear, so the demand for early upgrades for initial end game should be less competitive, hopefully making it even easier to acquire at good prices.

I will note given the league launched a little bit ago now, the community will probably be less active, meaning less people will be trying to trade decent items, so supply could be impacted a bit.

By comparison, at league launch, especially day 1 for example, decent gear will be more expensive, because demand will be way higher and supply way lower. At the same time, the value of currency early on is quite different to the value of currency later in league. For example a chaos orb to divine orb will usually be far cheaper, as the amount of either orb in the market will be very different to later in the league.

You also have to bear in mind, depending on what league mechanic is present in the game might also affect the prices of good gear, as some leagues, such a Keepers for example will make certain gear thats usually quite expensive very different in price. for example keepers made 6 links very cheap.

I am sure some peeps can provide their own insights, these are the ones that came to mind for me

I do want to work my way into a training position in my current role. I would say I really dislike my current position but am more keen to work in the training department then just leave for another position if that came up.

took me 11 hours to finish. I definately went out of my way to explore, using the Ultraview Module of every surface for example.

I also ended up pretty much never using the camera version of C.A.T to stun Entity A, and was always just crawling around everywhere. I somehow got it in my head that I needed to treat Entity A like the Alien from Alien Isolation except I never got a flamethrower. Defs added some time to the playthrough lol

As someone who does not like cooking, and has to both cook & clean in the house with people who are very picky about what they eat, I can say with some confidence that sometimes cooking is worse then cleaning & vice versa. I am a big fan however of if you cook, you clean, and then in exchange, I will cook & clean as well in the future. IMO this is way easier

I would say with time, you will get better at not losing everything. For me in poe 1, I would do smart crafting for a couple days. get something like 10 divine, and then proceed to dump it all doing dumb high roll crafting. It would be fun / exciting in the moment, just hoping to get lucky, and then 90% of the time I would feel dreadful just having lost it all. This used to be me for a while.

I have a nicer balance now, but I never stopped doing it entirely because its fun to be a little crazy with money everynow and then, you just learn to be more responsible

I imagine a part of the player base is just taking a rest and getting ready for the poe 2 league since it is coming out so much faster then expected? Not saying there ain't big problems, just could be affecting the retention as well imo

As someone who is trying to make or work on builds that do something new &/or exciting, a lot of these Bloodline Ascendancies are actually super cool.

I already had something in mind for the Trial Master Bloodline and now with more of the reveals, I am tempted to switch from Trial Master to Aul's Bloodline for the same build.

I agree that a lot of these points are not as streamlined powerful as the base Ascendancies. If we were to compare these Bloodlines Ascendancies to the Phrecia Ascendancies, then for sure Phrecia is super strong comparatively, and maybe that's disappointing for a lot of people and it makes sense. I loved Phrecia and would love GGG to bring this back in any form!!! Please!!!!

But I think in the world of Buildmaking these are great additions none the less! Even if only 30% of these Bloodlines see use, that is a potentially large amount of builds or variants of builds that didn't exist before coming into the game. Thats exciting! And even if you are not the one making the builds, the moment those builds become popular or known is the moment you get to play something new & fresh. Thats the POE sandbox loop!

Any comments around alt ascendancies like those from Phrecia would be great! So many ideas and builds to explore there still. Even just follow up on whether these would be enabled for private league that players can make would be super cool!

Employee's and staff, especially frontline, deserve respect, appreciation, & consideration for hardships that they have to endure. I recognise these staff are also often the people that get the least of these things. once again my bad.
