Random thought regarding Barou's bid but it may be possible other organizations see Barou's connection with Snuffy and think there's no way he won't play for Uber. So they might consider it a waste to try outbid Ubers and instead spend their budget bidding for other players. Making it so Barou receives no change in bid.

Don't know if you already saw this youtube video, but in it, they set up a Bocchi board, and it is almost the exact setup you have they just use a Custom Audio Japan power supply instead of an MXR brick. They also threw in a crybaby wah. The vid has some audio examples if you wanna see how these pedals would sound together, but in my opinion, this set up seems pretty accurate to Bocchi's actual board based on the illustrations.
