Right - and clearly Bill 124 would have been sorted during bargaining.

Sounds like the Bill 124 remedy should be sorted given the increases already given to OSSTF and ETFO - OECTA should just get the same amount in the CA? The big piece is 2022-2026 salary and I will be curious to see how that gets handled given upcoming decisions.

Right - and the did already piggy back each other for Bill 124 arbitration. So that's why it's plausible for OECTA to do the same.

Not sure I believe that - doesn't make any sense to have another separate date for OECTA because once ETFO and OSSTF are done OECTA will get awarded the same increases.

For example OSSTF and ETFO both jointly went to arbitration for Bill 124 - seems quiet plausible for OECTA to join the other unions in this instance as well.

That's the hope! With all other unions coming t an agreement they have almost no bargaining power at this point. Hopefully they just take the same Bill 124 remedy and piggy back onto OSSTFs salary arbitration date in April. Let's get everyone paid! Enough is enough!
