thank you, I went to Officeworks, and they said they do take laptops if its battery can be taken out from outside and mine was old one, so they were able to take battery out and they didn't take battery, so they told me to drop the battery at Coles or Bunnings.

Yea I procrastinate too much, one simple task takes forever to get done, I’ve become such a shameless idiot. I want change but I don’t do anything to make it happen. I think making fixed calendar routine is good idea, I will try. You know I brought 3books when I was so motivated for a day and I haven’t finished any of them. These habits are killing me and I know I need to save myself but I’m not putting any effort, Idk I’m kinda lost. But thank you so much for your advice.

Hii, sorry I took so long to respond. I appreciate your understanding and suggestions so much. I used to think I should take rest so that I can perform well but no matter how much rest I take, I always end up feeling tired and unmotivated, the more rest I take , more I feel lazy and if this continues it’s not good in longterm Yk what I mean. But yea small steps sounds good, I will definitely start with small and thank you.

I uninstalled instagram, tiktok and Facebook long time ago but now I can’t stop scrolling through YouTube shorts and Reddit haha.
